BURN 2.5 X AS MANY CALORIES AS WITH REGULAR CARDIO
An independent study compared training on the Max with comparable training on a treadmill, stepper and cross trainer with the same intensity. At the end of the training it turned out that users on the Max burned more than 2.5 times as much kcal per minute. There were even users who burned no less than> 600 kcal in just 30 minutes. That is only a MAX combustion of kcal!
